Qualifications: National Diploma (NQF Level 6) /Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Management / Public Administration / Social Sciences. A valid driver licence. A minimum of 3 years’ clerical experience. Knowledge: Constitution of the Republic of South Africa; Working knowledge of public service; Public Service Act; Public Service Regulations. Skills: Communication; Listening; Analytical thinking; Interpersonal relations; Organising; Driving.
Provides administrative support services; Provide a secretariat function and establish, implement and maintain an efficient and effective filing system; Procure goods and services; Promote sound working relationships between the Office of the HoD and other stakeholders; Provide supervision of staff.
