An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) as recognized by SAQA in Public Management/ Disability studies/ Law/ Social Sciences and Public Policy; A minimum of 3 years’ experience of which 2 years should be at supervisory level; Knowledge and understanding of Government prescripts, Public Finance Management Act, Public Service Regulations; Understanding of court processes. Key Performance Areas: Coordinate programmes for gender mainstreaming, youth and persons with disabilities; Review Departmental programmes in line with legislation for the promotion and empowerment of women, youth and persons with disabilities; Advance and promote the empowerment and participation of women, youth and persons with disabilities; Facilitate statutory reporting and compliance; Manage human, finance and other resources.
