Job Requirements
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years experience in Human Resource Management. Special requirements (Skills needed): Knowledge and insight of HR legislation. Knowledge and understanding of applicable HR prescripts. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal). Must be computer literate, i.e. MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Provide Human Resources administration capability at AFB Langebaanweg. Administer HR Utilization Support services including HR maintenance services such as Inland Accommodation Expenditure(S&T), Leave, Unit Schedule name list, Flights and Car Hire requests, Termination of Services, Medals and Awards and Reserve Force Administration.
