Job Requirements
NQF level 6 qualification as recognised by SAQA.A qualification/s in Financial Management / Internal Auditing / Cost Management / Accounting will be an added advantage. Minimum of 01 – 02 years’ relevant experience in the Record Management environment or related field. A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities. Knowledge and skills: Knowledge and understanding of the financial legislative frameworks. Functional Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to compile report. Strong communication skills, (written and verbal), good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, plaining and organizational skills. Good record keeping. Good analytical skills.
Duties
Monitor LTSM requisitions from schools. Capture requisitions from schools. Monitor retrieval of LTSM by schools. Monitor retention of LTSM by schools. Co-ordinate education library services.
