Manage and facilitate the consumer complaints handling, adjudication and ADR’s. Facilitate the prohibition of unfair business practices and port of entries in the province. Mediate and negotiate with suppliers of goods and services in terms of LPCA, CPA no 68 of 2008 and the other relevant and applicable legislations on behalf of the consumer. Manage and facilitate consumer court activities. Manage resources of the sub directorate. Represent consumers in the consumer court and provide secretariat services.
