Duties
Ensure that payments due to suppliers are settled within 30 days according to PFMA and Treasury Regulations and expenditure is correctly classified and captured. Ensure that revenue collected is recorded and reported according to PFMA, Treasury Regulations and DORA. Review bank reconciliation of the department (Ensure that all exceptions are cleared and required controls are implemented). Oversee the petty cash process.
