Job Requirements
An NQF level 7 qualification as recognized by SAQA.A relevant postgraduate qualification in education/management will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience at senior managerial level. SMS Pre-Entry (Nyukela) Certificate upon appointment. Valid driver’s license with exception of person with disability. Duties
Oversee the management and supervision of district. circuit and school performance. Oversee district planning and ensure adequate resourcing districts. Co-ordinate the setting of clear goals and performance expectations for the district. ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee district cooperative functionality and strategic capability and efficient utilization of resources.
What is the Salary
R1 554 696 per annum, (all – inclusive package)
