Competencies: Knowledge of the following: National Land Transport Act (ActNo.5 of 2009); Processing of applications for operating licenses; Functions, activities, processes and procedures of a Walk-In-Centre; Financial management, monitoring and reporting procedures, systems and reports of Directorate; General office administration and database management; General support systems; Information and Record 227 Management/Administration; Administrative procedures and processes; Computer-based information systems. Skills needed: Numeracy; Literacy; Computer Literacy; Written and verbal communication; Project Management; Accounting, Finance and Audit; Economic, Financial and Statistical Analysis; Legal Administration; Reporting; Problem-solving; Planning; Organising; Research; Ability to work under pressure; Willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines.
