Job Requirements
NQF Level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA. A qualification/s in Secretary / Management Assistant / Office Administration will be an added advantage. Minimum of 01 – 02 years’ relevant experience in office management / administration or related field. A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities. Knowledge and skills: Functional computer literacy (Ms word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Report writing skills. Strong communication 154 skills, (written and verbal), Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, Planning and organizational skills. Good record keeping. Customer service skills. Problem solving skills. Confidentiality and professionalism. Time management.
Duties
Keep and update Chief Director`s dairy on a daily basis. Provide a secretarial / receptionist support services to the Chief Director. Records the engagements of the Chief Director. Ensure the effective flow of information and documents to and from the Office of the Chief Director. Arrange appointments for the Chief Director, taking minutes, prepare agendas, confirmatory notes, memorandums, letters, etc. Handle classified documents. Manage general office duties. Provide hospitality services to guest and visitor.
