Job Requirements
NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA. A qualification/s in Human Resource Management / Public Management / Public Administration will be an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HRM / Public Management environment or related field. A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities Knowledge and skills: Problem Solving and analysis. Programme & Project Management. Change Management. Knowledge and understanding of the relevant legislative frameworks and policies. Computer Literacy (MS Office Packages). Ability to compile report. Strong communication skills, (written and verbal), Good interpersonal skills, Planning and organizational skills. Good record keeping skills.
Duties
Co-ordinate the creation, maintenance, usage, scanning, replenishing and disposal of records. Co-ordinate and maintain personnel files Co-ordinate and maintain internal records management services. Co-ordinate and attend to clients and register hand delivered mail/files.
