Job Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: Qualification that allows registration with SANC as a Staff Nurse. Registration with the professional council: Registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse. Experience: Grade 1: None Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years’ appropriate/recognisable experience in nursing after registration as Staff Nurse with the SANC. Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years appropriate/recognisable experience in nursing after registration as Staff Nurse with the SANC. Inherent requirements of the job: Willingness to work extended hours, after hours, outreaches on projects. Willingness to rotate to the hospital facility and other clinics in the Sub-district when needed. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good communication skills. Self- discipline and motivation.
Duties
Development and implementation of basic patient care plans. Provide basic clinical nursing care. Effective utilization of resources. Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self- development. Participate in infection prevention and control.

Grade 1: R220 614 per annum Grade 2: R262 287 per annum Grade 3: R306 798 per annum
