Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years’ appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse. Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years’ appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse. Inherent requirement of the job: Willingness to work overtime, shifts, weekends and public holidays. Willingness to rotate within all wards/departments within the hospital according to operational needs. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and support the managers to ensure quality nursing care. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel). Demonstrate good communication with patients, supervisors and colleagues. Good organizing skills.
