Duties
Management of Leases Facilitating the lease agreement process: Facilitate the renewal of contracts process Loading of leases on the system and continuously updating the commitment property register. Issue payment instructions to finance office: Provide finance with the banking details form consisting of the supplier details for loading on the BAS system. Provide finance with the annual template for loading on the BAS system. Provide finance with the template of all leases that needs to be paid on a monthly basis. Facilitation of opening,
