Manage and facilitate the business compliance inspections. Conduct investigations on consumer complaints, business and port of entries in the province. Establish and maintain network and partnership with service providers and industry regulators aimed at protecting consumer rights. Develop policies and strategies and ensure proper complementation of consumer protection law aimed at improving service delivery. Manage resources of the sub-directorate. 203
