A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 3 years must be at Junior / Middle Management level (SR9-12). PERSAL Controllers Certificate will be an added advantage. Valid motor vehicle driver’s license (with the exception of person with disabilities). Key Performance Areas: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR plan that aligns with the strategic goals of the Department. Manage departmental establishment structure. Coordinate Intergration of HRM systems. Manage and ensure proper utilization of the HRM systems. Ensure the effective and efficient maintenance of the PERSAL database. Manage and Co-ordinate Human Resources Management Information. Manage the integrity of information, migration patterns and distribution. Conduct HRM systems audit.
