Knowledge: Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Public Service Act , Public Service Regulations, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, Research Methodology, Pubic Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations, South African Population Policy, Knowledge of Policy analysis and development, Community Development, National Development Plan, Provincial Growth and Development Plan, Social dynamics of KwaZulu-Natal communities, Organizational behaviour analysis, Service Delivery frameworks, Employee Performance Management and Development Systems, Knowledge of Government-Wide Monitoring and Evaluation System.
