Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent. Experience: Appropriate previous supervisory experience. Appropriate experience in the Emergency Call Centre environment Inherent requirements of the job: Ability to work shifts and overtime, as needed. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good planning, leading, organizing and control abilities. Ability to work well under pressure. Computer Literacy with MS Word, Excel and Power point, Outlook and Internet.

Supervision and Management of all Administrative Requirements. Effective Communication and Liaison with internal and external clients. Support to colleagues and the Centre Manager.
