Duties
(key result areas/outputs): The candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, co-ordinating and maintaining an optimal, specialized Nursing service as an Operational Manager. Effective management and utilization of Human and Financial Resources to ensure optimal operational function in the area. Initiate and participate in training, development and research within the nursing department. Deliver a support service to the nursing service and the 135 institution. To maintain ethical standards and promote professional growth and self-development.
