Job Requirements
A Minimum of Grade 12/Senior certificate. No experience required. Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, Code of Conduct for Supply Chain Management Practitioners, Treasury Regulations. Financial reconciliation skills, administration skills, organization skills, communication skills (verbal and written), good interpersonal skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Must be computer literate. The ability to manage confidential information, advanced interpersonal and, problem solving skills and decision-making skills.
Duties
Assist with the compilation of Open Voucher Report for Monthly, Interim and Annual Financial Statements and ensure are reported on time. Request report from BAS and SAGE for Service Provider and Clients. Compile the Travel Management Company invoiced Accruals. Assist with Monthly, Quarterly LOGIS Commitment, Accruals and ensure that the supporting documentation are received and properly filed for easy reference. Ensure that all the queries 99 related to Reporting and Compliance Office are resolved within the required time frame. Perform any other assigned duties in relation to the implementation of the Supply Chain Management processes.
