A Grade 12 Certificate with typing experience and relevant experience within the Public Service environment. Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies, the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Public Service Regulations. Computer literacy.
Provide a secretarial/receptionist support service to the Director. Provide clerical support to the Director. Remain up to date regarding prescripts or policies and procedures applicable to her or his work terrain to ensure efficient and effective support to the Director. Render supply chain management support services to the Director.
