Job Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: Qualification that allows registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse. Registration with the professional council: Registration with the SANC as Staff Nurse. Experience: Grade 1: None Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognisable experience in nursing after registration as Staff Nurse with the SANC. Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years appropriate/recognisable experience in nursing after registration as Staff Nurse with the SANC. Inherent requirements of the job: Willingness to work overtime, shifts and do night duties. Willingness to rotate within the Sub Structure as per operational requirements. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Basic communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to function as part of a team. Good human relations. The ability to render nursing care of an acceptable and safe standard.
Duties
Develop and implementation of basic patient care plans. Provide basic clinical nursing care. Effective health promotion and information to patient/client and community. Effective utilization of physical and financial resources. Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self- development.
What is the Salary
Grade 1: R220 614 per annum Grade 2: R262 287 per annum Grade 3: R306 798 per annum
