Key Performance Area: To manage monitoring and evaluation of the conduct and function of South African Police Services (SAPS). To manage monitoring and evaluation of implantation of police policies and directives. To supervise compliance with the Domestic Violence Act (DVA) policies and guidelines. To manage complaints against police. To manage the implementation of IPID recommendations by the Police. To oversee the monitoring and evaluation of the service delivery of police units in the Provincial police commissioner and specialised units. To manage the monitoring of Districts courts through the Court Watching Briefs Programme.
