Minimum educational qualification: Appropriate 3-year Diploma/ Degree or equivalent. Experience: Appropriate experience in HR Planning, Establishment Administration, Recruitment & Selection Administration and Performance Management. Appropriate previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position. Inherent requirement of the job: Valid (Code B/EB/C1) driver’s licence. Willingness to travel and essential skills to do after hour’s work. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to communicate effectively. Leadership capabilities, managerial and organisational skills. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet). Ability to manage conflict. The ability to analyse, interpret and apply legislation, policies and prescripts.
