Duties
Render legal training to departments, public entities and municipalities; Render legal research and advisory services on governance matters, including proactive counsel to the executive and departments; Render legal governance assessments and reporting services to provincial departments and entities; Render transversal legal governance service in respect of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA), Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other constitutional legislation; Review and maintain delegations for members of the executive and departments.
What is the Salary
LP 7: R932 904 per annum; (all-inclusive salary package), (OSD as prescribed). LP 8: R1 094 901 per annum, (all-inclusive salary package), (OSD as prescribed).
